High-Performance Bullets!

At NwCP, we're most concerned about the bullet. While all the components in your ammunition are essential to the making of a good shot, it's the bullet that ultimately has to travel down the barrel, through the air, and land exactly where you were holding.

The bullet has a critical role in the making of a good shot. It must hold up, no matter what kinds of conditions it's facing. It must leave your barrel consistently every time, without damage from the explosion of the gunpowder behind it. It must fly through the air perfectly every time, without exception.

My many years experience in handloading have shown me how important the bullet is in the success of truly accurate and reliable ammunition. And after observing what normal, off-the-shelf bullets are lacking, I was inspired to create a bullet that would not be the weakest link in the ammunition I rely on.

Let me introduce myself as Robert Sauter, the founder of NwCP (Northwest Custom Projectiles). The bullets you'll find available by my company are all designs I've created as a solution to the problem with standard bullets. The rebated boattail bullet (RBT) is a design I'm particularly proud to be producing. This unique bullet, originally invented in the 1940s, has been proven to be up to 15% on average more accurate than standard boattail bullets.

You'll find the RBT, and a few other unique designs available here at my website. These bullets are hand-produced here in Butte, Montana using state of the art swaging equipment. It's through a cold pressure formed process and the use of our custom drawn bullet jackets that I'm able to produce bullets with remarkable performance, which I shoot and hunt myself and am proud to put my name on.
